GLOBAL OUTREACH
Vision/Purpose:
The purpose of Global Outreach is to spiritually form the people of
CTV through partnerships with ministries that extend the good news
and compassion of Christ beyond the immediate community of our
church (Acts 14:21-23, Rev. 5:9).
Global Outreach (GO) offers a variety of opportunities in the
different outreach events included within the four circles of
service. The four circles start in our local neighborhood and
extend to Central Asia. Among these events, GO offers
different locations of service, venues, risk levels, time durations,
skill requirements and spiritual maturity levels. For each
event, there is clear communication and guidance to ensure all
participants have all questions answered and feel comfortable.
Through GO events, we are able to show Christ's love and compassion
in a real and tangible way. We have found that each experience
also helps each participant grow deeper in their personal
relationship with God, as well as creating new friendships with
their team members.
