And the Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone.
I will make a companion who will help him."
(Genesis 2:18)

It is not good to be alone-we weren't made for being alone.

Even before sin entered the human experience, even when our ancestors had an intimate connection with God, man was still alone.

And so ages later, Jesus chose some men to be with Him, to share His life and mission. It wasn't good for Him to be alone either.

Throughout this series, we will be identifying the dimensions of Revolutionary Community, a kind of relating and interacting that will bring us closer to God.
