HOW TO DOWNLOAD ONLINE GIVING STATEMENTS
To download your giving statement:

You will need access to the online community:
  1. Click “Online Community” in the menu bar at the top of this page or click HERE
  2. Click "Sign up" under the Login and Password box
  3. Once you receive a Login and Password, go to CTV's "Online Community" and follow these steps to print your giving statement:
How to Print Your Giving Statement

You must have the most current Adobe Reader (version X for PC) to view and print your statement
(Click HERE to download the latest Adobe Reader version)
  1. Once you login, you are now on the Home Page.  On the right hand side, there is a box that says "Welcome (your name)."  Click "Go to my profile".
  2. You are now on your Profile Page.  Click the tab that says "Financial" (found under your address).
  3. Under "Printable Statements," click "Giving Statements".
  4. A new screen appears, type in the date range that you want to print. (For tax statements, type in 01/01/2011 to 12/31/2011.)
  5. Click "Create" (button found at the bottom of the box).
  6. A new screen appears with your giving statement.
  7. Print the statement by holding down the following keys:  "Ctrl" and "P" (your printer menu should pop up).
